COSMIC-talk is a discussion group focused on software metrics, project measurement and related subjects impacting software development and maintenance, outsourcing, and process improvement based on the COSMIC standard.

A COSMIC-talk sequence is based on 7 Tweetoriels, delivered in the twittersphere, covering the main topics of software measurement and project estimation. They work by publication of tweets identified by the hashtag #cosmictalk

A session lasts a week, usually from Monday to Friday. On Monday a new Tweetoriel which will be the initial point of discussion is delivered. Participants are invited to comment on the Tweetoriel. Participants’ tweets are welcome at any time during the week for expressing their personal views which in turn can be commented on by other participants and the COSMIC-talk animator, hence the forum.
